Perfect stay for a holiday in Conwy.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast had all the basics, and was very tasty. And the room was just lovely, with a small window but a great view.
My only complaint - which is not even the hotel's fault - is that the top-floor rooms get all the windy, rainy action, so it was a bit difficult to sleep with the wind constantly shaking the window. I was visiting during a storm though, so I don't think this happens daily.

Lovely inn in the heart of Conwy.
The food was very good (we had dinner and breakfast) and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. We appreciate the gluten free and vegan options.
Our big criticism with many of the older historic and rural hotels and inns is that they should replace all the old/stained carpet with tile or hardwood floors. The feeling would be much more hygenic and frankly easier to clean.

We dined out but would stay again & dine there as the menu looked good
Breakfast was good, friendly service through out the stay. Nice feel to the place.
Better parking but in an old wall town that's forgivable Would ask for a room on a lower floor next time
