We stayed here for 2 nights just after Christmas location is 5 minutes walk to town centre they got us an iron and board

A very welcoming first visit to Llandudno. We would go again.

Upon arrival greeted by Kay who assigned us our room (twin room no. 3). Room tastefully decorated, tea and coffee making facilities and smart TV. Nice touch to have shampoo/conditioner, shower gel, body lotion available. Breakfast was superb, very good choice ranging from traditional Welsh breakfast, including vegetarian, to a more modest poached egg and muffin. Kay and Richie were a charming couple, who made us feel very welcome.

Bathroom was relatively small and as there was no radiator, a little cool (in particular, due to the inclement weather).

Great b&b near town with free parking and great breakfast... what more do you need

Allowed to park car early in b&b before heading into town... checked in early as room was ready ... lovely room with nice view... nice and warm with all good attention to detail... good wifi with fantastic breakfast choice. Room made up each day with fresh towels and coffee and tea...

All great loved the place and would definitely stay again for a great place with a good price

Great place to stay it makes your holiday to stay somewhere nice.

Great room very cosy and nice and warm when we arrived,bathroom was nice with a good shower very clean. Breakfast was great with a good choice and well cooked,if and when we return to Llandudno we will be staying here .
