Bad host and service.

Clean place to stay

1.Host had bad communication and did not understand English properly 2. Room was cancelled when we arrived but was not informed thru email or booking.com. 3. Stranded without a apartment and had to negotiate with the host for another smaller room for the same price paid in booking.com. 4. Host did not answer phone calls. But only communicated thru Whatsapp messages. Even so, the messages were late and misleading. 5. Had to struggle for 45mins from the time we arrived at the guardhouse/ security gate. As the host did not update building number, floor or unit number. After getting the room, we did not get the room entry code or access.

VERY BAD SERVICE! I booked one day before the date. I arrived at 3 pm on the date booked, but the owner didnt reply me, didnt tell the unit number therefore i cant enter the property, didnt tell me the procedure to check in. She replied at 4.30 pm. 1 HOUR 30 MINUTES LATE AND STILL DIDNT SAY SORRY AT ALL. Just like nothing happens. SHE DELAYED MY DEPOSIT REFUND ON THE NEXT DAY AFTER THE CHECKOUT. Dont know what is her problem and why she treated customer like this. AND THE BED/MATTRESS IS VERY HARD & UNCOMFORTABLE. (BAHASA MALAYSIA) JANGAN MENYESAL KEMUDIAN

The room was clean,good & value for (The bed was very hard)

I'm really disappointed with the owner... She asked for a deposit RM 200... But It took her to return it about 2 days... She just ignored my msg.... Even though I have a good time in that stay, but after that it's really very stressed to get back my money .....

Nice and comfortable apartment near Legoland

Apartment was nice and it had the basic things needed. Tall tower with nice pools, gym and 7 minutes away by car from Legoland and supermarket.

There is no reception, so although the self check-in process works fairly ok, it would be nice to speak to someone or for example be able to leave luggage, etc. We were there before check-in time and in order to be able to go to Legoland, we had to leave our bags in a different tower.

View nice and the pool good.

*Ur service very bad..ur promise not correct..dont do this kind of service to other customer. *Never give proper details for check in and call no answer msg no reply on time. *Yesterday I reached ready JB simply u say NO room cancel...I pay for 3 rooms but u give 2 rooms only with extra queen bed in living room beside the kitchen with same price.. *Need to begging ask for refund the deposit. *Never experience this kind of stay before when booking in booking.com. *Hope booking.com will check further for this property to make sure other people not being victim like me.

Overall is okay. So sad.. I booked for 3 rooms. A month earlier.. But the owner contact me on the day..telling me that 3 rooms is not available..why dont tell me earlier . So that i can find other homestay...owner tell me to choose 2 rooms + one bed on living room or 1 room.. Or just cancel the booking.. My family arrived from kL. 6 adults in total.. I have no choice, too late to book other homestay. Crowded jugak staying in 2 rooms. Kind of sad. Tak baik tau owner buat customer macamtu.. facilities semua okay cuma dryer not functioning,rumah tak ada penyapu . Must prepare deposit okay before get the key. Swimming pool is the best.
