Very good

Friendly and helpful staff, very accommodating. Rooms were clean and beds comfy. Very convenient as it's close to eateries and ample of parking space at no charge. Value for money.

Can hear traffic sound and voices from next room but didn't really bother us.

Pretty ok location with lots of parking nearby, but cleanliness is subpar and the water heater is not working

Location was pretty central, easy to get to tourist attractions and malls around JB

We checked in at around 4pm but was given a room that hasnt been cleaned after the previous guest left. We opened the room door to find used tissues thrown all over the table, the bed in a mess, and toilet wet and dirty. We had to go all the way down to the front desk to inform the staff, and we were given a different room as a replacement. The room we were given had mold in the toilet, water leak marks on the walls especially near the aircond and window, is pretty dusty, and worse of all, the WATER HEATER IS NOT WORKING AT ALL. We did leave a remark at the front desk to have them rectify the issue, but nothing was done and we had to endure cold showers for the entire stay.

Poor cleanliness of the room ruined our experience.

Room ambience was nice, check-in was smooth

One of the pillowcases had a bad smell, like it didn't dry properly - which gave the whole room a musty smell. When I first entered the room and opened the toilet lid, there was period blood - shows that they didn't even clean the toilet before handing the room over to us. Walls are also not soundproof at all - could easily hear our neighbours.

Exceptional

For a budget hotel, it is an exceptional stay and the hotel is very clean. Love the room we stayed in, except for the bathroom. It has a see thru glass overlooking the bathroom.

One night at Prestigo.

I like the air-conditioning system. Functioning well. Had a a good night sleep. I like the staff named Adib. He was really nice & helpful. Could order Grab from the hotel. Free parking. I'd consider staying there next time.

The remote control for the television was not functioning, the towels had unpleasant smell and I thought they'd be bathtub but unfortunately no bathtub (from the picture it looked as if they'd be one)
