Enjoyed the food and the staff were very friendly, if the pool had been heated it would been perfect

Location and staff

Pool was not heated and very cold, room was noisy, with ventilation system.

Very friendly class place views stunning food lovely restful and quiet easy going place

Said adults only but was lots children don't mind but we had someone not book as they had a 14 Yr old pent house hot tub wasn't full which was a bit of a disappointment

Beyond our expectations

The staff was amazing! The food was fresh and fabulous. The rooms were beautiful and the bed was very comfortable. We were especially thankful to be given water as needed. We loved our stay and hope to return! Thank you!

Fabulous

Had a fabulous last minute stay at this hotel. Staff were superb, went over and above on all occasions. Room and facilities were fabulous and breakfast very good. It was in a lovely quite bay but only 10-15 mins walk to the Port. Will definitely be returning

Excellent in every way superb location

The greeting at arrival was much appreciated, and the head waiter at breakfast was very good

It was great having the yoga facility however 9.45am for an hour when breakfast finished at 11.am didnt give us time to attend it would have been better earlier say 9am.

We went there for our honeymoon and stayed with friends. It was the highlight of our month long trip

Breakfast was amazing, everything included including ale cart, prosecco and cold meats galore. Highlight for sure and the staff were all so welcoming and even upgraded our room upon learning it was our honeymoon. The happy hour was great too with a free drink provided to patrons to kick it off.

A very enjoyable relaxing holiday the weather was perfect

Excellent breakfast as very attentive staff

The beach was disappointing after the first day as a digger spoilt the beach and took away a lot of the sun beds. The hill to the Main Street was difficult to climb as it was so steep

Wonderful hotel, great location. Beware the Porn Star Martinis - too good for your own good!

The hotel is in a wonderful position overlooking a small beach and a short walk from the beaches in Portals. There are plenty of restaurants nearby but the food in the hotel is excellent with a really good selection of quality wines. The hotel itself is extremely stylish. The aircon is so quiet and discreet. Some members of staff were absolutely outstanding including Rosa on the front desk, Robert at the wellness/pool bar and most of the restaurant staff. The Cuban barman made the best Porn Star Martinis Ive ever tasted! The bed was extremely comfortable with the most luxurious sheets Ive ever encountered.

Its hard to fault the hotel, but I would say that the room cleaning / turn down service was a bit hit and miss. The rooms are mainly white which means that if the floors havent been mopped then it is obvious. Most staff were extremely friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Sadly on Roberts days off at the pool it was difficult to get refreshments and the staff didnt seem very happy about having to deliver.

A perfect spot to stay

The location of the hotel is incredible, right in front of you is a quiet private style beach but you can walk around to a little beach club or to peurto portals. The beachfront bar is fabulous and the rooms are modern and light.

Sometimes the breakfast staff didn't get orders correct due to their english but were lovely.
