The bar area and the staff were really nice

The room was to hot and the ac didn't work. The bathroom floor was clean but tatty, holes in it. I put the spa bath on and it appeared to let quite a lot of hair out of the jets into the water so I never used it. I'd booked for two days but stayed for just one

Would highly recommend for a family stay in Liverpool

Beautiful big rooms with plenty of space for the entire family. Decor is lovely. The staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Location was excellent.

Its a shame there is no bar food served in the evenings, we had to go out both nights for food.

Brilliant and definitely will be back

Very spacious and beautiful rooms the only little complaint I had was the room got very cold at night but other than that we couldnt fault it the staff we so friendly and couldnt be nicer especially the young girl behind the bar did get her name but so friendly and helpful.

Central to everything no buses or taxis anywhere. It was just a lovely hotel

Couldnt of asked for a better stay will definitely be returning!

We loved our stay. For a group of 12 of us for new years eve the cave room was perfect! We didnt realise we had breakfast included which was a nice suprise for us but we was a bit too hungover to make it!! Lovely staff who provided us with free shots throughout the stay!

Everything was perfect but it had to pick one thing it would be that the beds were single beds and separated during the night.
