Room was great, kitchen facility and most equipment, tv, seating area, tea/coffee, milk in fridge, great view from room over looking street with Xmas tree and radio tower. Modern bathroom. In the centre

Got to property at 3 for check in to be told no rooms were available, no times given, to sit and they would let us know when. Every other guest that came to check in was told the same, no rooms available they were still cleaning them all! Told its because they were busy. All hotels are busy and you manage your bookings with staffing. This also wasnt managed well when rooms became available, they were giving rooms to newly checking in people when others had been waiting for 45 minutes. Hopefully its just a one off, but lots of people arriving from plane journeys and no room to go to.

We chose this apartment due to location. Rooms very clean and very comfy beds. Building is very secure and staff are lovely. Lots of kitchen facilities.cant wait to come back

A fantastic way to spend my birthday weekend.

Room was spacious and very clean. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Location was ideal, central to everything but could not hear noise from the busy street below. I will definitely recommend to my friends and family as well as returning myself.

Cant think of anything negative really.
