A nice big room with big bed. Good value, with a choice for breakfast and free parking

It was good value. A good sized room and bathroom. Comfortable bed, quiet at night. Good choice for breakfast.

Very friendly staff nice food rooms rather dated and cold

The pub/ restaurant is lovely and the staff were very friendly

No heating despite me turning radiator to max temp and then mentioning it to a member of staff who assured me theyd fix the problem. Being there in Dec this was not ideal and we slept in our clothes

Pleasant with a few improvements required.

Friendly and helpful staff at reception and restaurant. Good location for visiting family locally. Service during meal was excellent despite some aspects of our meal arriving cold therefore returned.

Floor really would've benefitted from a hoover over it prior to our arrival. Television not working properly i.e very, very poor reception.... too much interference to watch. Had similar problem during previous stay. It was Room 3. During meal some dishes arrived cold, see above.
