The steak is highly recommende (Read More)d, and the double baked cheese and spinach souffle makes a great starter. Overall, a fantastic restaurant that is a must-visit in the area. Booking in advance is advised to avoid disappointment.

Wonderful hotel and scrumptious dinner

We ate in the Dial House Restaurant on the first night of our stay and the food was exceptionally good. The best mussels I have ever tasted and great service.

Quirky and cosy The team were friendly and welcoming. The food was really superb Lovely open fire.

A few inconsistencies in temperature sometimes too hot sometimes too cold. It is an old building so this is probably hard to get just right. Thought the drinks in the table service bar were very expensive. Also felt that the breakfast was overpriced although it was very good. Would have preferred a B & B rate.

The bed was really uncomfortable and the shower drain blocks so water collects in the shower tray.

Very relaxing in a quality environment, would definitely stay again.

A beautiful property set in wonderful surroundings, its location was also very attractive.

Difficult to find any downside, if anything the showers were not the easiest to get to the right temperature without getting either a cold shower or a wet floor.
