Very good

The hotel is beautiful and comfortable, close to the center of the entertainment district with the park in walking distance. In 2 1/2 days we stayed comfortably busy. The spa at the Historic Davenport was excellent.

The food in both the Tower and the Historic was both overpriced and low quality. I had the "traditional turkey dinner". Very dry and very little gravy for the mashed potatoes which seemed like they came from a box. The French dip was dull and lacked flavor other than salt. I recently had one at a Bob's Burger that was better, hard to believe. My wife thought the fish and chips was very good. Parking is across the street $25@ night. At most facilities there guest parking at no cost.

Solid. If the price is right, we'd consider going back.

The restaurant/bar area, the workout facility, and wifi were all great.

It didn't look like our room's floor had been vacuumed, but the bathroom and beds were okay. The parking isn't ideal. I was surprised at the cost and that it wasn't in the same building as the hotel.

Nice staff, awful washroom.

The staff was very nice

- Toilet was in terrible condition, poorly cleaned with mold. We drove for 7h and didnt use it at night, only noticed early in the morning and was too late to complain, we were leaving early unfortunately. -I asked if the valet would let the car in the same building we were, they said yes. Only until the next morning when I asked for my car back, I noticed that they went to pick it up on the public parking on the building next to us. I didnt specifically wanted there because I noticed a lot of homeless coming in and out. Food on the ground next to cars, like homeless people was sleeping there. -The mattress felt like a water mattress, really soft. This is very subjective as some people might like it tho.

The Davenport has been a point of lodging whenever staying in the Spokane area and always is on point.

I wish the Davenport would up their game when it comes to dining.

Uncomfortable

Most uncomfortable bed I have t ever slept on in my life. Also why are all the properties called Davenport? I went to three different hotels to find my correct hotel. Ridiculous
