One reviewer had a pleasant business trip stay at The Current, praising the stunning bay view, clean and comfortable room, and friendly and efficient front desk staff. However, another guest was disa (Read More)ppointed that the rooftop bar was closed. A couple staying for four days and three nights were initially skeptical but were impressed by the amazing service, pleasant smell, and special birthday surprises from the staff. They highly recommend the hotel and plan on staying there again.

The location and the scenery was beyond beautiful
The thermostat kept going out and making a clicking noise all throughout our stay and the room became very warm

Nice, crisp hotel away from anything else but close to airport
Clean and very bright, fresh room with no carpets, nice bathroom and shower. The whole hotel looks and feels brand new.
The location is close to the airport but far away from anything else, there is nothing around it other than the "Rusty Pelican", a decent seafood restaurant.

Definitely would stay again
The entire stay was pretty amazing and the staff were super friendly. The bar area and restaurant was great with super friendly people.
The pillows were a little flat and had to use 2 at a time for comfort. The beds were ok but could have been a bit more comfortable. Wish the fire pits outside near the pool worked.

The views are always amazing and the staff is always pleasant.
The rooftop bar was closed, and they said their was something on their site about it, but my other half and I looked as well as another guest who complained. I couldn't find anything about the bar being closed. One of the perks to going here is that the rooftop bar was an amazing place to go. The ice bucket had a bag of old water in it that smelled horrible, so it had to have been there a few days, and the mattress had multiple yellow stains. I have stayed here before and will again, but this time the room wasn't as clean, and the bar killed it for me personally.
