Very good

It was a great experience. Hotels was very clean and nice, and had great views of the 911 memorial.

Its close to everything The subway

The breakfast doesnt have lot of options. The room that we were staying at didnt have enough lighting, but we understand that the hotel is trying to keep a dark aesthetics, but at least they should be more than one light in room besides the passage

Really enjoyed it

Location was great for what we wanted and needed. We did not use the hotel for breakfast but as a place for a beer/wine/coffee, it looked great. The room was compact but very nice. Free WiFi was nice

One or multiple lifts kept breaking down which was a BIG frustration with us being on the 25th floor.

Comfort, location and good food

The breakfast was great and catered for dairy and gluten free. Perfect for seeing manhattan and to get around and close to the subway

Staff at check in wasnt particularly friendly. No hello just took my name and checked is in. They did supply a map though

Central location with some room for improvement

- The location allows to easily move with the subway and visit all the main attractions - The price is advantageous compared to other hotels nearby

- The air conditioning / heating is noisy and smells quite bad once turned on - The room was quite small and with no view, consequently quite dark. However, this was expected and didnt affect the quality of the stay. - Cleaning of the room could be improved (dirt under the bedside table)

Its more good than bad. But next time we will try other option.

I like it clean.

The bar inside havent waiters, its empty always, I cant have fun in hotel if u dont want to go out. I dont like that u guys dont serve slippers, bathrobes and toothbrushes in the basic set. Its weird. We check it at 2am and in the night its impossible to buy this near at this time. I also noticed that a Versace t-shirt disappeared from my bag for 2 days during my 4-day stay in the room, and reappeared in my bag after the room was cleaned by the staff on the last day. it's super weird, but I'm glad I got it back.

Very good

This was a very pleasant experience overall. Great comfy and large beds, clean room and quiet, the staff was superb. Location is very close to 9/11 memorial and one world trade center, plenty of subway stations nearby also.

The standard room is perfect for 1 person, a bit small for 2. You will need to be in total coordination with the other person to organize your suitcases and move around.
