Pretty hotel worth checking out.
Key cards were unique and pretty venue.
Originally booked this hotel thinking breakfast was included but it wasnt. It took room service almost 30 minutes if not more to bring extra blankets/towels all the time. The room windows were extremely dirty. AM front desk agent wasnt very professionalgreeted me in slang as I was checking my out and didnt use a customer service tone when speaking either. Overall he just seemed kind of irritated during our interactions.

excellent four stars hotel in the center of San Francisco
This hotel truly embodies all the components defining the four stars. It offers all the comfort you need in its most fundamental aspects, cleanliness, safety, a note of luxury and a bit of fun (Redwood room...). All packed in a decent and respectful approach, which is rare, in the neighborhood, but also worldwide. This hotel is from now a reference for me. Of course, all comes at a price (in Dollars...) but there are no regrets, the service is indeed exquisite. I think the room was the cleanest I ever had in a four or five star hotel. Absolutely impeccable, each day.
Complimentary internet works fine but sometimes the procedure to join is slow, particularly when one uses several devices simultaneously.

Beautiful hotel. Great value. Would stay there again.
I was offered the o. The option to upgrade to a suite on a high floor for minimal cost. The suite was large, separate living room, dressing area and 3 closets! The Redwood Bar is a must!
Food options are limited but there's plenty in the area.
