Lost hope to get my shoes returned. Ridiculously expensive, excess fees for parking and pet.

beautiful bathroom in room.

Had my credit card charged twice. Left shoes in room and didn't get them returned when I called for them. No record of them being left from housekeeping. Unsettling part of town, rundown buidlings, vacant and high homelessness. Expensive parking, $40/nite, that was not covered in high room costs. Confusing info on website - showed parking was free and pet friendly, restraunt was stated as closed, even though it was open.

Stay-cation Success

We had an amazing experience booking here for a girls' night. They allowed us to check in significantly early, and our room was incredible. The decor and historic touches in the hotel rooms were delightful. Next door, the bar had a great brunch and happy hour menu with wonderful friendly staff. We will certainly be back!

Bathrooms downstairs in the lobby and restaurant are down steep stairs and very secluded. Did not feel safe going alone as a female. No on-site parking. Valet is expensive, and the only other option is a city garage with no security.

Overpriced, would not recommend.

Bathroom was dirty, curtains let in tons of street light and couldnt find any blackout curtains. Valet were not respectful with vehicle and were not prompt with retrieval in the morning. Expensive parking as well. No free WiFi included at hotel. Staff were not resolution focused. Given wrong room upon checkin as well, staff did not take responsibility.

It was clean and calm. Loved the location and staff.

When I checked out, they charged me 100 dollars over the actual bill. I asked for an explanation but did not hear an answer

Good

A poor nights sleep due to the noise. Ear plugs would be an immediate help for future guests.

It was very comfortable.

Our rooms that face J Street were very loud, from outside noise. Also, inside, the sound of frequent door closing was very loud.

Beautiful property. The bed was very comfortable. Nice bathroom with a big shower. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Superb

Great hotel that was quite pricy because of a festival that was going on in Sacramento. Really helpful and friendly staff! Valet parking is available, but there is a really cheap parking garage (city hall) closeby!

Nice hotel

The hotel was nice, friendly competent staff and 3 PM check in instead of 4 PM as several other hotels have allowing us to get ready for a 4 PM local wedding.

Robes would be nice. Valet parking price is expensive.
