Superb

A lovely home from home - I've already booked my second visit!

I booked 3 nights here for a short break away and had a lovely time. The plan was to relax and switch off from the world, and this was a very comfortable and cosy place to do this! Very clean cottage, it was a home from home.

I would have liked to have had WiFi in the cottage, but that was the only thing! Parking would be a little tight if the resort was full, but due to the time of year I went it wasn't an issue.

A lovely stay

For a family of four with two small children it was perfect. The swimming pool was great, the location, the soft play and the accomodation. Excellent value. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip. Accommodation was very toasty. Perfect location for exploring the beautiful Isle of Wight. Cosy beds, well equipped kitchen and soft towels. Walking distance to the beach. We had a great stay in the depths of winter.

Too cold showers in the swimming pool changing rooms, swimming pool not open until 9:30am on Sundays...checkout 10am... too cold for a shower afterwards in the changing room and no time in your own accommodation for one. No wifi in accomodation or television signal.

It was clean and nicely decorated.

There was no internet anywhere inside or outside. The sofa bed was uncomfortable to sit on and the beds were uncomfortable. The hot tub wasn't used as the garden was very muddy. Would be great in summer but winter not good. Maybe pave the area.

Great place to unwind on the beautiful Isle of Wight and I will returning next year

Location was great. The cabins were tastefully decorated and had everything you needed for a self catering trip. We went in winter so didnt get around to swimming even though it was an indoor pool!! The cabins were warm and cosy and the beds and bedding was exceptionally comfortable Staff were very helpful.

A wonderful weekend spent at The Bay Colwell.

From the moment we arrived, to, when we left, the staff were cheerful and friendly. The lodge was beautiful, its location provided lots of privacy, it was spotlessly clean, and a really comfortable and cosy place to relax. It was so well equipped. They had thought of everything. Great location to explore, and the village was close enough to pick up any supplies or have a drink and meal in the pub

Couldn't fault anything.
