    Superb location for looking into the watersand relaxing. The staff are ever smiling and friendly. They make a genuine effort to connect with you to make your stay memorable. The hotel has a very charming decor that provides several photo op points. The duplex configuration is ideal for families with older kids.
    Activities can be slightly far away but the buggie takes you to the sister property that has a nice beach. Both properties put together gives you a wholesome experience. What would help though is increasing the numner of the buggies to avoid wait time for guests.

    We are a family with 3 small kids and we stayed in the 2 story room. We LOVED this space as it had plenty of room. The staff of the hotel is so nice. Ample towels, great hot showers, comfortable beds and the AC worked great. My kids loved exploring the tide pools and looking for crabs. We enjoyed the pool and REALLY appreciated the golf cart service to get to the beach (we used this daily). We enjoyed the sunset from the big platform by the rocks. Well be back!

    Great place for our small family
    People were so nice working there and we always had hot water in the showers.
    The only natural light in our room was from a sky light, which did not give much natural light. We had no windows to see outside. We were in the two bedroom villa, which is not actually bedrooms but loft rooms, so not much privacy between rooms.

    Room was terrible.. Bathroom and room floor not cleaned. Bathrobes stained with mud and smelly. Fabric sofa dirty and smelly. Son got bitten by insects on sofa. Room shared balcony with another room. Balcony door does not come with proper lock. Poor security. Reception staff inattentive. Beach front hotel but there is no beach access from hotel.

    Well presented lobby and welcoming staff, breakfast was excellent and restaurant manager was so nice
    Road access to hotel was too narrow and crowded

    Its situated in a very beautiful location, a bit away from the main beach. But theres a buggy that can drive you to the beach. It never felt busy and there were always plenty of sunbeds available. All of the staff were friendly and helpful.
