    Location is superb, with proximity to parks, public transport and food options.
    Services with less clearer explanation on protocol / rules. Especially on replacement of comforter (spots discovered much later).

    You get what you pay for. Pricey but great facilities.
    Spacious rooms. Pool was good. Work out room was good and had different equipment for body weight training. Good location to walk to orchard road (still have to walk a good way).
    The policy for children was unclear. We paid for 2 kids under 7 even though booking.com said kids 7 and above are considered adults.

    Location near to bus, MRT station (10 min walk, few hundred mtrs). Rooftop view. Swimming pool. Parking underground. Double air condition. WiFi is excellent, separate on each floor. Kitchen with sufficient tools to prepare some light meals. Near to 24 hrs supermarket (FairPrice). With extensible sofa, can easily accomodate a family of 4 persons / 2 adults with 2 childrens. Bed lined is provided also for sofa as well. But the sofa is not so confortable ...
    One of AC was very noise and supply dirty air and smell. On the other AC the thermoswitch was defective, means working continuoslly even the setting temperature was reach - can not maintain the desire temperature and the room become very very cold. On the swimming pool was only 2 (two) sunbeds - reported also by previous guests, without any improvements so far by hotel staff. The room door is not sound proof, can easily hear the other people talking. Cleaning of room is provided 2 times/week only. The price was exorbitant, probablly dut to year period of time (end of december with Christmas)

    The room was very small for 4 people. Actually, they put 2 portable single beds in a double bed room. So not enough space for 4 people. Very packed!

    The room was much smaller than I expected, the location is very central to transportation and food outlets.
    When I did the booking on your website I advised that there would be myself and my 3 sons along with their ages. When I arrived at the the hotel at around 11pm after a long day of travel I was advised that I had to pay an additional S$280 for the extra 2 people. I had previously emailed the hotel when I saw on your confirmation advise that it was only for 2 guests because I did not want any trouble when we arrived. I never recieved a response from the hotel and the duty manager found my email on there system. It was advertised as a serviced apartment but was only cleaned twice in the 7 days we stayed there.

    Professional and excellent staff. Homey complex.
    The staff were very accommodating, prompt and professional. They made the place a very reliable place to stay. Excellent location in river valley. Generally a very well run apartment complex. Swimming pool water very clean. Kudos to staff which improved our stay quality and made our experience in Singapore very positive. Thank you staff.
    Rooms on certain sides don't have view and hence little light in rooms. Can get quite moist.

    Overall the place met our expectations and was perfect for us to get to food and all the sites.
    The overall feel for the place and the fact they had good AC, a pool, and minor amenities like cooking and a washing machine for clothes.
    Hot water heater for the shower wasnt always reliable. The two in one washer and dryer wasnt the best and clothes took forever to clean.

    Location was great, staff so accommodating and helpful.
    Everything! Was so nice, comfortable and the staff were so lovely
    I only wished my teenage daughters could utilise the pool more of an evening. After spending most days out I felt it the access to the pool is too early. If it closed at 10pm it would be better
