Sunny Palms Beach Bungalows is a peaceful escape for families, with exceptional staff service and tranquil surroundings. The food is good, but diabetics should opt for natural juice as the cocktails (Read More)contain a lot of sugar. The resort is clean and spacious, with a lovely pool and view. It's a great place to relax and enjoy the delicious food. The staff is kind and helpful, and the facility is well-maintained. Overall, Sunny Palms Beach Resort is highly recommended for a calm and enjoyable stay.

I booked a transfer from the airport. Didnt arrive. And the same happened when we had to leave the resort. Resulting in me missing my flight.

The other people staying there were a joy to get to know. There was only a couple of staff that were friendly, but those couple of people were nice.

We spoke to other people staying there and asked how much they were all paying and we had to pay double everyone else. We spoke to the staff and they refused to help and make things right. We marked all inclusive but they made us pay for everything besides breakfast (yes, even additional water and childrens meals)! They made us pay for cleaning service when we know they didnt make others. And the staff would avoid us like the plague to not have to get us drinks or do their jobs. They even told us one day that they didnt want to serve us avocados and mangos because everyone else will start asking, but we were the only family eating there at that time besides one couple that ALREADY HAD IT ON THEIR PLATE. They even lied saying lunch time is over so you cant order food when we saw that just 10 minutes later serving other lunch by the pool! If a staff member doesnt like you for some reason, your experience will not be fun at all. If you can find some nice staff and create relationships with them, then they will serve you better than others. The food was super basic buffet style with the same things every single day. The lunch was a tiny menu with the same things as well. The booking.com description said 4 bedrooms, ocean view, all inclusive. And we didnt get any three of those things. The list of negativity can go on and on. This review is simply a SHORT list. So we will not be recommending this place to others. In fact, we will be warning them not to stay there. WE WERE SCAMMED.

Beautiful pool and room. Very clean theoughout. BUT... We were deceived by the listing saying they had a large bar in the dining area and a mini bar in every room. THEY DONT SERVE ALCOHOL. AND YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO DRINK ANY ALCOHOL EXCEPT IN YOUR ROOM. I HAVE ZERO PROBLEM WITH THEIR POLICY. THE PROBLEM IS BEING MISLED IN THE LISTING. WE ATE ALL OUR MEALS EXCEPT BREAKFAST(IT WAS INCLUDED) NEXT DOOR AT MONOLO SINCE WE COULDNT HAVE A BEER OR A GLASS OF WINE WITH LUNCH OR DINNER.
