Nice property in good location, just off the busy road.

Lovely pool and playground for the kids. Great having a water filter in the room with hot n cold.

No toaster or extra utensils in the room, just small cups, small bowls, bread plates and a handful of spoons, knives and forks.

I want a refund or some sort of repayment for ruining our stay in Taup.

Beds were comfy. Thats all.

The customer service was absurdly poor. Was greeted with the utmost disrespect and was forced to downgrade my room and pay the same price for a lakeside view room for a room that had no view and was way too small and cramped. I had previously spoken with the staff over the phone asking to put a pop up bed or a porta cot for my two kids in the room and everything was fine other then that they couldnt add in a pop up bed which was okay with us because we knew one of our kids could sleep on the bed with us but when we went to check in they acted clueless and said I never informed them I had my children with me and forced me to downgrade my room so I can have two beds. By the way my children are 2 just turned two in December and a 6m old infant. They had no co-operation whats so ever and blamed everything on me. The only reason I didnt leave and find another place is because they didnt let us check in till 3pm and my daughter was well over due for her nap so we were needing to get her inside and asleep. The lady who served me should loose her job and should not be in the customer service industry!

The location and view were all that the place had going for it

The facility was very old and quite run down more like a motel than a four star Hotel. The room had a colony of ants that swarmed over the strawberries that were left sitting on the ground in a bag for about 30 minutes. From straight out of bathroom their was a ramp down to the bed and this was a Disability friendly room. All in all for the price very very disappointing.

Superb

The view was fantastic

I booked through Booking.com and paid though the app. When I arrived I was informed that I was going to be charged an additional fee even though I had used a debit card to pay the original quoted amount. Given that it was a debit card payment I do not think an additional credit card fee is appropriate.
