Clean, comfortable, excellent customer service & great location.
All communication with Sulaf staff was excellent. All staff were very responsive & helpful. Our room was large, clean & the beds were super comfortable. Location was good & away from downtown which was good & quiet.
We enjoyed all aspects of the hotel.

Good, but can be better
The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable, especially the bed. The staff was amazing.
The breakfast area, small and crowded. The bathroom, really small. One of the crowdest streets in Amman (and that says something).
