Overall it was okay but I was very disappointed with the bed and the TV
Location was good the view was good
The bed sheets was dirty they didn't change the sheet or the cover they should have washed both the TV didn't get the basic channels so I wasn't able to watch the football games because they didn't have the basic channels for New Year's Day or New years Eve

Comfortable and perfect location however, bad experience with hot water issue.
Location was perfect and close to all main areas of downtown Detroit. The unit itself was clean and provided everything we needed for the stay. We also felt safe with the security and door code.
The biggest issues were that our first day and our last day, the hot water was broken in the building. It was cold downtown and a hot shower would've been perfect after a day of walking around in the cold, so that was the biggest inconvenience. The Sonder team was able to reimburse a fair amount for this issue. The other compliant is that it was a little loud in the hallways. We can hear all the neighbors talking as they walk by and doors slamming.

Location, bag storage, ease of access, space, overall stay
Shades in room do not block outside light at night. Wifi was bad for streaming TV. Parking in area difficult, used spot hero

Clean, great location, ease of check in and check out. Ease to come and go. Great location to downtown entertainment. Walking distance to everything. Great price.
Bed and pull out sofa not the best quality or comfort.

Great location, clean room
The room was bigger than expected. It was easy to check in and out. The room was clean. We could walk to everything which was the best part. We walked to lions stadium, xmas village, tons of restaurants and the casino. The beds were comfortable and plenty of linens. We did have our blinds break but they resolved the problem quickly
The seven eleven at the entrance but that's really not Sonder fault. You just have to be careful bc there's always shady people there at night
