We were celebrating an 18th bday. It was wonderful.
All of it! The comfort, decor, photo op spots and location just added to the fun of getting away from home! The fact that someone took time to leave party hats and hang a bday banner was just the right kind of extra that our daughter will never forget. Your small gesture added so much in making her feel special. We will most certainly stay here again.

There was no parking. We had to circle the block forever to find a parking spot. It was in a sketchy area with people hanging out on the sidewalks.

Great suite, great location. Manager was incredibly responsive and friendly- we felt bad to try to contact her at 10:45pm on Christmas Eve, but we could not locate bedding for the pullout sofa, and she returned our text immediately even though it was a holiday! That is fantastic service. And the email communication was very clear, check-in was a breeze and if we had read the arrival packet more closely we would not have even needed to bother the manager with our question. It also had great information about the food and entertainment options in the immediate NuLu area.
Small improvements could be made- there were only medium + light roast coffee K-cups available in the breakfast area, some dark roast options would be preferred. It also would have been nice to know ahead of time there is no elevator, so climbing the stairs with heavy luggage/bags isn't ideal, but manageable. And there is only street parking available if you don't want to pay $46 for a parking garage, again it's manageable but if you arrive at a busy time for the many restaurants/bars in the area, you may have to hunt a while for parking or park a block or two away.

Nice and quiet even in a busy part of town. Close to pretty much anything you want. Nice mile walk to the KFC Yum! Center. Will try to stay here again when in town.
Parking was okay. By time we arrived, most parking was gone, but only had to park a block away. Moved my car when there was less night traffic. Not a deal breaker.

Happy to have stayed in Nulu. It was convenient, comfortable and met our needs.
The location was right in the heart of nulu. That's what we wanted. Great!
The room felt very old and stale. However, the decor was all at once comfortable and the room completely satisfactory. It was a strange contradiction.
