The Stella Village Seaside Hotel is a lovely and well-maintained resort with spacious and modern rooms. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the water park is fantastic. Some rooms have been renov (Read More)ated while others are older. The food is good with a decent variety, but the drinks, particularly the cocktails, were not great. The beach in front of the resort is safe and enjoyable for children. Overall, it is a great place for families with plenty of activities.

Awesome experience

Great staff, one of the few places where the guest seems to be no. 1 and the hotel 2nd. Great selection of food (not repetitive), great selection of drinks, good entertainment and big free waterpark accomodating (very) young and old.

A wonderful and unforgettable hotel, one of the best

This hotel is located in a nice place, next to the sea, wonderful and unforgettable slides, great view of the sea, very tasty food, nice swimming pools, clean. The staff were very helpful, nice and smiling, at the end of the stay - there was a gift in the form of a bottle of olive oil, this happened to us for the first time - we travel a lot - this was a big plus. All the staff were nice. A very, very good four-star hotel - almost five-star hotel - I recommend it.

Total disappointment,

Waterpark is definitely the only high points from us. Staff was nice and friendly. Room is clean and rather new. Amusement shows in the evening are nice.

Food is the worst! No point of going to Greece if only Greek food eaten is feta cheese. No variety, every day is basically same tasteless food. Really bad "juices" and refreshment drinks. Pool area is awful. Something from another era or from ironical comedy show. Pool bar area is the same, like clich of something that should be. Next to the ugliest pool area seen, is normal pool area which is forbidden to use. Place is seriously overcrowded. In the room You cant adjust AC so, that is runs quietly - I wore earplugs and still could hear its noise. Restaurant looks and feels like school cafeteria. There's seriously something wrong with acoustic there. And if You hope to sleep early and quietly, then it's not happening. Bar and disco and shouting and drinking and parties goes on forever. Location is in the middle of nowhere, so if You don't own a car then You stay at the hotel. Hotel beach surrounded with concrete and worn out sunbeds and umbrellas is really sad place and does not honor Cretan absolutely stunning beaches.

Fun at the Aquapark

The room was spacious, comfortable and clean.The staff was welcoming, helpful and always attentive. The food was also good. My son enjoyed a lot the Aquapark.

The beach and nearby options are not that good but there's plenty to be done inside the resort.
