Staybridge Suites Birmingham is praised for its excellent city centre location, friendly and efficient staff, spacious and well-equipped rooms. Some guests found the check-in process a bit long, room (Read More)s could be cleaner, and facilities need upgrading. However, the complimentary breakfast buffet and social nights were enjoyed. Overall, guests appreciated the value for money and would stay again, with some even recommending it to colleagues.

Exceptional

Great stay in prime city centre location

For such a large place I was pleasantly surprised by the personal touches. All reception staff exceptionally pleasant, large lounge area to sit and read if you didn't want to stay in your room. Great choices at breakfast. Lovely small apartment gave more options for the stay i.e not needing to eat out all day. The location is fantastic for transport around and out of the city.

Honestly, nothing about the apartment or facilities or staff needs improvement. Just one night's sleep was disturbed by guests on the same floor having a fight, for hours. However it was new year's eve so would have been a miracle if no disturbance. Not the hotel's fault.

Superb, will definitely come back again.

Everything was good and very clean, the rooms were very spacious and the location was excellent. Mr Terence at the reception was really nice and welcoming with a very gentle smile, kudos.

Everything was perfect ! The staff were nice, polite and very accommodated. I arrive at the hotel very early in the morning (at 10 oclock) and the check in time was at 15 oclock but they still gave me my room and I was so great-full (because I was beyond tire at that point). The room were nice, spacious and very clean. The bathroom was nice and the shower power was ! 10/10 ! I went there for the sole purpose of doing some shopping, and let me tell you the hotel was at least 6 minutes by walk from the bullring shopping center and all the other shops (everything was at walking distance). I had a lovely stay at this hotel and I will recommend it to anybody

Exceptional

Very close to the train station, and for us, the Christmas Market at the time. We wanted a room with a kitchenette, which came in handy, and there is free laundry on site which was a huge plus for our longer term traveling needs. We even had some free social hours in the evening with beer and snacks, just overall very nice.

Really nothing to dislike.

Very good

The hotel is nice and stylish. The staff was very nice and welcoming. The breakfast was nice too. It is close to New Street Station, which is also great.

I didn't like that the windows couldn't be opened, and the room didn't smell very nice, probably due to this reason. Also, I didn't like that the floor was carpeted, which is just very unhygienic because please just walk on it with their dirty shoes on and it can't be cleaned properly. Also, it was a bit cold in the room and the heat couldn't be adjusted.

Superb

Good central location with a good sized room.

Room was a very good size and studio kitchen was well equipped. Breakfast was good and nice to have the option of a hot drink from a machine throughout my stay. Very well located for the train station.

The gym was quite small, but good to have the option available.
