Clean rooms, handy location and good stay!
We dropped our car keys in the lobby by mistake. Mr. Ian from the reception saw it and kept it safe. When we rushed down to look for it, he understood that the keys belonged to us and came and gave it. It was a big relief. Really saved the holiday!
I was checked in for a higher price than offered by Bookings. Com They changed it when I happened to see the email from bookings. Com. Had I not seen, I would have been charged around 90 extra

The rooms were old and tired, not worth the money, paid extra for a canal room and it was awful, the bed was the worst bed Ive ever slept in a hotel, it felt like ot could break when you moved

Good city night away, enjoyed however didnt enjoy the protest outside the hotel
Modern rooms with decent view. And plenty of room in living area and bathroom
No menu or cards for what was on offer for room service. Ac unit on ceiling had dust hanging from it and we werent provided with drinking cups.

Fab location, room was spotless and comfy. Worth the price.
Breakfast excellent.
Mirror needed near to where i could plug in the hairdryer. I had to dry my hair in the reflection of the TV!
