The staff at the SpringHill Suites Memphis Downtown were friendly and welcoming, quickly checking us in and providing water bottles. The suite was spacious and decently clean, although the bathroom h (Read More)ad an odd layout and dim lighting. The mattress and bedding were not up to par, and the AC was not cool enough. There were homeless people around the hotel, but overall, the stay was enjoyable. The hotel had good security and walkability, and the bartender made the bar area a nice place to relax.

Superb

Nice location. Staff was extremely nice. Room was nice and clean. And comfortable. Breakfast was amazing.

There is nothing I didn't like. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Pretty good would stay there again but could improve a few things

Great location and comfy beds, breakfast was not bad for free

House keeping was hit and miss sometimes never came after asking and never replenished the coffee always had to ask and front staff were the same some were very polite and some not so polite and didnt even make the third bed up
