The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were spacious and had standard amenities. The hotel had a convenient shuttle to the airport. One guest mentioned that the bathroom lacked ventilat (Read More)ion. Another guest was disappointed by stained bedding and empty shampoo dispensers. However, overall, the hotel was considered a good value for the price and located in a safe area. The complimentary breakfast and easy check-in/out process were appreciated.

This is a very nice hotel.

It was clean, the bed was comfortable and breakfast was pretty good for hotel food.

Its located right by the airport, so you do hear the UPS planes coming in.

Could have had a little more variety. Only oranges no bananas. Eggs were cool not hot. Maybe some donuts or danish would be nice

Near airport.

I dont have a cell phone and the pay phone at the airport didnt work, so I had to get a stranger to phone the hotel for me to order the shuttle.

Exceptional

I have stayed many years for my children competing at the KY state fair. This year, I had to cancel, very last minute. As I had a medical emergency. I had appendicitis, and it required an immediate appendectomy. The hotel was great to work with and allowed me to cancel with no issues. I look forward to staying with them next year.
