The SpringHill Suites by Marriott in the Warehouse Arts District offers spacious and unique rooms. Guests enjoyed the convenience of 24/7 coffee and tea on the first floor. The hotel is in a good loc (Read More)ation, within easy walking distance of the convention center and many restaurants. However, some guests experienced noise issues from drag racing and loud music outside, so it is recommended to request a courtyard view room for a quieter stay. The complimentary breakfast was satisfactory.

Breakfast was really good. The room was modern & clean. It was close to sites and shops and the price was right.

Disappointing

Location

Room was dirty (dirt/clumps of dust and socks from previous people under the bed. Double suite for 6 people (2 beds and one sofa bed) - sofa was broken and opened to a mattress for only 1 person, and no linens at all. After telling reception twice about my concerns, no solution was found and had to pay out of pocket for an additional bed so 2 people had a proper place to sleep. A couple of times housekeepers would rush in front of you when you were waiting for the elevator instead of waiting their turn, first hotel that this has happened to us. Very disappointing for a Marriott.

Overall the price we got was really good. The breakfast was good. It was a nice quite and clean

Overall the staff was really good. The rooms were big and clean

We were staying for two days and we're told the room service is provided every other day. There was so much trash stacked up in our room. We had to go down and ask for towels and an extra blanket. The hotels and no extra pillows to provide.

Perfect

The front desk staff and breakfast staff was absolutely phenomenal. Friendly, kind, and personal. The breakfast location was immaculate and good too. Customer service is rated at a 10+ for this property. A great model for all hotel properties. The room was also immaculate and the beds were very comfortable.

Great location, clean and tidy, helpful staff

Super close to the convention center as well as the riverside mall. Small 24/7 market is very convenient, and the space is clean and tidy. Breakfast was fairly standard.

This is not a full service hotel, which means cleaning is every other day and no room dining service. Not a huge negative but was not aware of this before booking.
