Great location with limited upgrades; not what we expected for a boutique hotel.

Location, Complementary Water & Coffee

Room 412 - No refrigerator, not well insulated (could hear our neighbors talk, snore, have sex), bar not open, bed not comfortable, bathroom very small, Elevator very slow, needs better air filtration system - room was very dusty. Floors scuffed, furniture & Bath area needs to be upgraded. Night stand needs to be cleaned (looks like cat peeled on it).

great location and value

Small boutique. Quiet street yet a block from great restaurants and night life. Big room and bathroom Comfy bed. Plenty of space to spread out. Enjoyed the free water bottles and tea and coffee.

Great location, great value

Great location, very close to Bourbon Street but was quiet inside the hotel. The room was no frills but did have a coffee maker, iron, hair dryer, etc and everything was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and very helpful, I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend for the money...
