Good holiday in Milan

The location of the hotel was perfect, less than a minute walking to metro station, three minutes to Milano Central (base to go to everywhere). Clean room and cosy hotel, would be perfect for a couple.

We were a family of three, we had a double room with an additional bed for our nine year daughter. The room was too small for the three of us and there was no cabinet for our clothes and the small bed was not comfortable for my daughter.

The carpets in the hotel were dirty, which spoiled the overall good vibe of the interior.

It is close to the station

The room was unbearably hot and the staff were not able to change the temperature- and were very dismissive when asked to find a solution.

Good location

Location, location, location....only 2 minutes walk to train station, bus station, tram stop, easy to find food downstairs.

Stuffy room (4 beds room), no ventilation, the room temp is around 26.5 dc during winter (stay on 25 & 26 Dec). Due to Italian law, no air-con is allow. There is door to emergency stair, we got to open that door for air ventilation and lower the room temperature but at the same time also worry about the security during our sleep.

The guy receptionist was welcoming. The room given was upgraded and It exceedes my expectation.the bed is big which is like almost for 3 people, the room is clean and fresh and everyrhing is in order.

Maybe the mattress is too hard and the pillows are too flat.

location was amazing! Right next to the train station, made traveling very easy!

the area looked a bit dangerous at night, but nothing bad happened to me when I was walking with my family late at night after eating at one of the restaurants nearby.
