Very good

We had a pleasant stay at a beautiful property in Southampton.

We liked the room, and easy access to it. The common area is big and inviting. Outdoor space is beautiful. Location is close to stores and restaurants.

Every time someone came in to the building and let the door closed behind them, there was a loud noise.

Nice place, close to the center of town & overall a good place to stay.

The hot water came & went. It was noisy from the machinery outside our room.

Superb

A great hotel which provides plenty of amenities, especially the beach transfer.

The staff were extremely helpful, the property was well kept and there were lots of amenities. The beds were very comfortable and the room was kept well stocked.

Exceptional

The staff was very accommodating to our requests. They have a nice courtyard by the pool with activities to do on the grass area. They were friendly to our dogs, and it's only a 10 minute walk to the shops and restaurants downtown.

Beautiful, clean property with lots

The amenities. Price fix dinner menu, shuttle to beach, pool, Adirondack chairs, very clean, friendly service.

No complimentary coffee or tea in public space. Coffee machine in room is not good for tea drinkers. Would have loved steeped tea with real milk. Went to local deli for early morning tea before heading out for early morning walk.
