It was dated, the rooms had a bad odor, the bathroom had rust on the floors and had a strong odor of urine. Also housekeeper was rude and didnt refresh our room as we requested.

We have stayed at this property several times before but were so disappointed this time .
The condition of the carpet in our suite was disgusting! It looked stained and filthy. We complained to front desk but there was no other one bedroom suite available to move us to.

Great location to amenities and places to eat
Room was very outdated. Our carpet in the room was not clean, a couple cabinets were broken. Microwave handle was glued on and stove was dirty.

Had a couple of pieces of popcorn under the TV stand and a candy wrapper and dust under the sofa bed which could have been cleaner over all.

Good location. Big rooms.
Pool deck was unbelievably slippery when wet, and a hazard. Beds and pillows were like rocks, very uncomfortable. Couple of the staff were quite rude.

Michelle at the front desk was fantastic. Bed, and linens are amazing.
The carpet in the suite has need of a trim, and more cups, and glasses if cleaning is every 4th day.
