Review 1: Despite a nice room, the front desk was unhelpful and busy on a personal phone. Cleaning carts and staff with children were present late in the evening. No breakfast available despite a bre (Read More)akfast bar. Overall, the experience was underwhelming but the location was nice and parking was not an issue. Review 2: This hotel was great for a Florida homebound stay. The location was convenient with many nearby restaurants and shops. The room and reception were clean and modern. The staff was friendly and professional. Little details, like a lit fireplace, were appreciated. Ground floor room with sliding patio door was convenient for travelers with small dogs. Highly recommended.

Totally fine stay.

It was easy to get to, and the price was good for what it was.

The pet fee is $75, which seems exorbitant, particularly on a room thats $100/night. For those who are sqeemish about security, good to be aware that many rooms have glass sliding door that opens to the parking lot.

Hell!!

Would have been nice if you honored your quote

Property did no have my booking reservation, but said we can get you a room after I shared my booking reservation info. Now Ive been charged 253.26 vs 215.27 quoted, answering YOUR questions if I stayed there & did I pay!! The hotel mgr. has not taken my calls! This is NOT going away! Im writing the local paper, calling local talk radio, and generally going to devote much time in posting my experience with BOOKING AND this property and manager!!!

Disappointing

The beds were amazingly comfortable, and the room was very clean.

The front desk clerk was not there when we walked in and a man sitting in the dining area said she'd be about 5 minutes. She came back with her daughter - why is a child with an employee at work? We were told we HAD to check-in online since it was after hours and didn't have a reservation - I've never heard of such a thing and have always checked in, without a reservation, at every other hotel we've been to. My father was with us and doesn't have a smart phone - would he have been turned away if I wasn't with him or would she have miraculously been able to get him a room, even though it was after hours? She was very unfriendly and spoke so quietly that when my father asked her "what" twice and still couldn't hear her, I stopped her a third time and told him myself.

Exceptional

I enjoyed the check in staff, she was very nice. She made sure everything was in the computer for my check in and out. The room was cleaned and I could smell the freshness.

The ice machine on the first floor wasn't working. A little refreshments in the morning would be nice.

Did not stay. .

Staff at desk was not friendly or professional. desk clerk informed us that we were to pay an extra $100 even though we paid with credit card. Said that deposit would be refunded after the room was inspected with no damage. Never had that occur before, especially with a card transaction

Superb

Nice place but would choose another place next time

It was a very nice & clean property. But, for the price of the room I felt it was lacking in the area of having available breakfast & a bar. The lobby area did not have a cozy feel. Ice machine on first floor where we were was out of order during our entire stay.I could have chosen the Embassy Suites for a little more and had a lot more value. Free breakfast & happy hour with snacks.

Disappointing

Great location next to the mall..

They did not offer a breakfast, also I had three rooms and after paying for the rooms through book it now, the hotel charged me an additional $245.30/room for incidentals. Upon checking in, I was told it would only be $100 for the first room and $50 for the other two.. When I checked my account, almost most $1000 additional was taking out.. I have stayed at many hotels but have never had that much money drafted from my account for incidentals..
