    Disappointed period.
    Location and space
    Since the change from Staybridge to Sonesta the quality has gone down. Customer Service in the lobby especially my recent stay was not great. The quality of the room was disappointing. Mold in restrooms, light fixtures didn't work, garbage bags outside my window. No hangers to hang my clothes which was needed due to attending a family funeral service. For the price this doesn't meet expectations. I didn't mind before because it was warm, friendly, clean and staff was attentive with a smile. The janitorial and the people who made the food were really friendly though which I'm glad to see that hasn't changed. Maybe the lobby staff should take note from them on how to greet people after a long flight or drive. Staybridge was the best to stay because it felt like a home away from home and now when I come to visit my home town I will consider staying somewhere else.

    ROMANTIC LOVERS; 40 YEARS
    Everything was so amazing. My husband and I needed a hotel to stay at, and an inconvenient incident had happened at the airport regarding our flight, and we desperately needed a room for that night ASAP. They were there to help us at the last minute. PRAISE GOD
    There was nothing we were dissatisfied about. Everything was very pleasant. Rooms were very cozy, and the beds were comfortable. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Would definitely stay again. I also would definitely recommend this hotel to all my family and friends.

    Albert was amazing when we checked in to make sure we were happy and comfortable! All of the staff were fantastic! The room was a very nice size and very clean. The breakfast was also very tasty. The hotel is centrally located to anything you would want to do in San Jose. I would stay here again.

    Pricing wasnt bad. The rooms are fairly large.
    We stayed three nights. Rooms never got cleaned. We asked for extra towels twice and never received any. I wouldnt recommend this place for a family.

    It was good experience but definitely didnt like the key getting stuck all the time plus I didnt like the mobile homes
    I like the fact that had 2 bedrooms plus breakfast was good, friendly staff, closed to Great America park,price
    The toilet had a leak so water was coming out from the bottom, We had to replace the key because it was getting stuck and keep doing it not ok because we came late one night and it was dark and scary trying to open the door plus those mobile homes at the entrance not a good for the hotel look we were scared to get off the car. Last there was ants in the closet and the both of the bathrooms.

    Spacious clean rooms Decent breakfast provided some hot food which is a plus! My family enjoyed the coffee that was provided. One even said it was better than Starbucks.
    The appliances in the room are super outdated. The fridge made this odd noise every 30 mins which scared me throughout the night. The windows are thin you can hear every single noise outside. The room smelled like stale smoke smell even though we were in a nonsmoking room. There were no handicap accessible rooms we were put on the 3rd floor. No elevators to make sure if you cant get up stairs to say so.

    Great place for families short and long term!
    When we arrive our room air conditioner was set at 65 and it was warmer outside than in our room, fixed in the morning so not to bad. You have to pay an extra $5 for parking which I think is ridiculous. There should only be a chege if you have more then 1 vehicle. Suites are great for families. Breakfast is pretty good as well.
    I didn't like that I had to pay to park my car. It should be included with my stay.

    Enjoyed the suite, breakfast and location. Would stay again.
    The suite idea of sharing with friends.
    Suite needs new flooring and furniture in living room. Sink drains in bathrooms need to be cleaned.
