Superb

The location, the breakfast, the decor, the staff. The interior looks right like the photos.

They forgot to fill up my shampoo bottle, but it wasn't a big deal as I only stayed for one night.

Loved the room, location and friendly staff.

Very central location, perfect for walking / visiting all the sights in the old city. Staff very friendly and helpful. Lovely room and views of the harbour and city.

I wouldn't find any fault.

Not enough storage in rooms. Cases didnt fit under desk/shelf No drawers. Limited space in wardrobe and only 4 hangers.

Disappointing for new year residents

Have stayed at the hotel several times and found it to be excellent however the room we were given had stains on the white privacy curtains the toilet roll holder was loose and so close to the toilet you hit your arm and the electric point above sink was loose . As a resident we expected we would be able to a least get a drink at the bar on New Years Eve but there were no facilities for residents available . All bar and food services were for the new years diners in the restaurant. For anyone staying there who had chosen to not have the new years dinner there was no bar service or bar menu. Staff said there was no manager available to talk to but after our friend made his feelings know. We were told we could have a drink from a bar on the 7th floor which apparently was supposed to be closed . It was farcicle . Not a good way to run a business . Especially as many of the diners were t even staying at the hotel. Very disappointed and think we will consider other hotels in the area in future .

The location of the Hotel is perfect, but the services sholud be betetr for this money.

The breakfast room was so cold, all the food was cold, even the hot food. I did not understand why.

Luxurious junior suite, wonderful atmosphere, the best view in all of Malaga of the Christmas lights

The best location in Malaga Breakfast was lovely. The staff were very attentive. Its hard to make Hotel breakfasts different. Perhaps we could have had some pancakes or crepes

Nothing could have been improved. Its a wonderful Hotel, we have stayed before & look forward to staying again

I would love to go back there again. Location was fantastic. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and restaurant in the hotel was great.
