Amazing hotel however needs improvements.

The location was incredible, clean rooms and a high end hotel. The concierge and doorman was really nice and friendly.

The service was not very great. The TV was not functioning, the room service night menu is not very appetizing and the staff were a bit stressed. I think they are understaffed.

perfect and to my satisfaction and requirements

Location wise it was perfect. The staff were very professional and friendly. I loved everything about this hotel and their hospitality. breakfast had many varieties and quality was to my satisfaction, their staff remembered how Iike my coffee and as soon as I get there my coffee was brought to me. in total my favorite place and for sure I will go back again.

Fantastic Hotel in a great location

Practically everything: cleaness, location, staff, comfort, staff very nice and helpful. The hotel is located by a beautiful park that crosses the city up to the river Aim. The hotel is next to the Alter Opera with lots of restaurants and stores in walking distance.

The bed. For such a great hotel, the mattress could be newer. There were 2 holes on it, where the bodies lay down to sleep.
