Lovely, clean and cosy studio with everything youll need for a lovely Brighton stay!

The studio was super cute and so clean! Had everything you would need for a Brighton stay and the guest information book was so helpful. The bed was sooo comfy and the bathroom and kitchen were lovely and clean. Nice little sun terrace out the back, didnt get much use of it because of the weather but will be lovely when its a bit warmer.

Nothing not to like about the property, it is up a steep hill from the main road but that is to be expected in Brighton really. Lovely quiet street and the studio has a cosy, homely feel to it.

Cute and cosy!

They had a key box outside the studio flat and they sent off instructions before hand through email on how to access the building so it was pretty simple. The check in times were till late so that was good for us as we both had work on the day of checking in. They even had a booklet on everything you needed to know about the flat and some nice places to visit even some facts about Brighton and the history. They also let us have our own space like they werent too much but they were very helpful which was nice as they would respond with emails very quickly and checked in on us. The place was super clean as well! It was modern architecture and not run down at all. The bed was comfy aswell and it was warm and cosy. Extremely happy and would recommend to stay!!

The studio was very clean. Detailed instructions on how to get in were sent in advance. Host was easy to contact.

Cosy base to stay after a busy day in Brighton.

We loved the bespoke decor and was impressed how the owners had converted the house for holiday rental . It was clean and a good base. The location was close to central Brighton but quiet being in a residential area

The property is on a hill which may be tricky for those with mobility problems.

Fabulous accommodation, very handy for everything. Lots of transport and eateries near by.

Very clear and easy to understand instructions were left to gain entry and the entrance was well lit for night time arrivals. There is everything you could possibly need in the studio and more, everything is really well thought out and spotlessly clean! Free on street parking was a great bonus too.
