    Super bummed the old, fabulous hot tub is gone. That was one of my favorite property features. Please provide a digital option (QR code in the room) to tip housekeeping - I never have cash. Thank you. Gradys is too darn bright. I also miss the real fireplace in The Grotto. That was super charming. The Grotto has lost much of its appeal.

    Disappointed with room and organization of it.
    The extra amenities. Like family room and bar on location. The location and views were beautiful. The bathroom was decent size and came with a towel warmer.
    Absolutely no room or place to put your things away. No sitting area I thought I would be getting a room was getting a room wkth two bunk beds instead of just a twin. The hot water only stayed warm for maybe 5-7 minutes. Room just very very small we had a family of 6 and even if it would have been just me and my husband the room just didnt work for us.

    Beautiful setting.
    Our rooms was full of stink beetles. I ha e to kill at least 4. My children woke up to them crawling on them! Very little cell phone service or food options. Cabins had steep staircase with no childproofing. Feared for our small kids climbing.
