Pleasant

We had a fun time but would look for a room where there is cleaning services.

It was a good location. Breakfast was tasty and included.

They dont clean the room. They will only bring you clean towels and take away trash you bring outside. The room was small.

Loved the property and all the options. The condo was great.

I wish there was more room at breakfast. The first day we had to sit in the lobby because there were no tables. Most of the staff was great except one receptionist that didnt seem interested in helping us much. The condo was great except two small things: the fireplace in the bedroom didnt turn on and the heater in the master was so loud and would click on every 15 minutes waking me up all night.

Disappointing

Good location, staff could use some refreshers on how to greet and service customers.

The rooms were a good size and the beds were comfortable.

The restaurant staff were grumpy, abrupt and rude. The hot tub was out of service.

Very good

Somehow when booking the room, I never saw a reference to upstairs. When we checked in and went to our room, it was upstairs. I use a cane and have much difficulty with stairs. However, the desk clerk was able to quickly change us to adjoining rooms on the ground floor.

First morning evidently some of kitchen staff did not show up. My daughter and grandson had booked a snowmobile adventure, and had only a minimal cold breakfast. They stopped at a gas station to grab protein bars. However, Icicle Village handled the situation appropriately. A manager explained and apologized to us.

Disappointing

2.5 star resort

Room was not cleaned during our stay. The staff seemed put out when we asked for towels and garbage bag replacements. They never checked our room for dirty glasses, or refilled the coffee station. We were left with a large garbage bag at some point to put our trash in. The hot tub was always gross and foamy. JJ Hills did a complimentary breakfast but it was sub par. The audio on the TV was terrible. The pillows were flat and just terrible. I can see the appeal for large families to stay here but I wasn't overly impressed with the place for a couple. Just minor improvements would go a long way.

A magical place for children and adults. A true white winter wonderland.

I liked everything I had in my room. Especially that I had a small kitchen and all.

I did not like that there were no extra beds in case someone needed one. Also that there was no help with the room cleaning for guest that stay more than 2 or 3 days they should be able to get some help.

When you get a room and you still have to wait for a room and then the restaurant theyre short on staff so we cant even come and eat only one of our rooms is ready and the other one wasnt ready until like 415
