The Great & the Manageable

The staff were exceptionally helpful and accommodating. Our 2nd floor room was comfortable and conveniently near the laundry, snack & soda machines, and back stairs.

The inside of our ice bucket lid had dried orange juice on it and the mattress cover to one of the beds had something crusty still on it. A little cleaning took care of both issues. I have definitely seen much worse than this at far more expensive hotels.

Disappointing

Loved my stay, didnt realize I was getting bit by bugs.

Left with bed bug bites. Trying to contact management.

Pleasant but would not recommend or go back.

Staff at desk were helpful.

Needs deep cleaning and upkeep. Found empty bottle of sport drink and a white pill under the bed.

Shower ... Mattress ... Refrigerator

Cable TV out Fri night & Sat morning, then awful picture & dysfunctional remote ... Pillows ... Bugs crawling on floors ... Curtains cover AC ... Door sticking ... Poor lighting ... Breakfast out of eggs & bacon with nobody available to ask @ 9am Sun, so no viable breakfast ... Ridiculously expensive given quality

We made the best of things.

The room was great

When I got there, they said that I had not paid. Which I did and I was told they didn't show that I paid on their end. So, I had to pay again. I'm now working with Paypal to get the refund of the payment I made online. Our TV was not working but they did bring in a TV that worked. The pool and spa are in need of repair. The pool was nice but the lights in the pool did not work and in need of a paint job. The spa jets didn't work. Where the jets should have been, they were missing, and a round filter at the bottom of the spa had could be moved, When I move the filter around it left a hole that could have gotten someone hurt.
