Good

I would definitely stay there again.

Breakfast was nice and hot! Beds were very comfortable and the temperature of the room was consistent.

The indoor hottub was grimy and had a bit of a smell coming from it. I only put my legs in and they were slimy when I got out. The indoor pool was like ice water.

Do go unless Everything hotel is booked in the area.

I liked the area.

I left something and instead of keeping it to see if Id come back which I did my item was thrown away by housekeeping, the first night room had a serious leak in the bathroom, the transferred room thermometer didnt work, when I told the front desk of the issue she had a bad attitude towards me.

Great location, comfy, clean, awesome staff!

It was awesome! Great location! Super comfy! Excellent staff! Thank you so much, Giselle, Inell, and all the staff!! (I wrote down other names to shout out/thank but cant read my handwriting lol). You are all amazing and this will always be my spot when I come to Shreveport! Hope to see you all soon!

Superb

My room was nice and clean, everything I needed was there. The area was good, near all the stores. Loved the idea of making your own waffle,that was cool! The hotel was very nice and clean, my stay wasn't bad at all!

The breakfast overall could use a lot of approving, The lady who checked me in wasn't friendly, I had to wait to be checked in ,then she was laughing and talking on her phone I'm assuming. No conversation with me, just pointing for me to put my card in or for me to sign. The lady that was there for checkout ,cheery person, but she didn't even look up to say thank you, or hope you enjoyed your stay. I said I'm checking out, she said okkk!""
