The Sleep Inn & Suites Green Bay South offers spacious and clean rooms, although they were not adjoining which was disappointing for one family. The hotel could use a remodel but appeared clear and c (Read More)lean. Some guests did not like the smell of the supplied air freshener and soaps. The front desk staff were kind and accommodating, allowing a family to gather in the breakfast room. The free breakfast is standard but enjoyed by guests. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located next to a gas station. Many guests appreciated the comfortable beds and well-maintained pool area. The continental breakfast was good and the hotel is close to local attractions. Some guests used the bus shuttle to the stadium for a Packers game. Overall, the hotel provides good basics for a comfortable stay.

Cleanliness/ fresh smell in hallways

I didn't care for the sliding bathroom door as well as the sink being outside of the bathroom only. I needed to get ready while others slept and the lights and noise kept them awake.

Great stay and location

I called a week to check ahead of time to make sure things were in order. Everything was set and a go. Jonathan checked us in as well as answered when I called. He was working by himself but got things done. We needed new sheets and a comforter and he was very prompt. Jonathan is someone that is valuable to this establishment! Thank you jonathan for being patient and kind to us Durning our stay.

Location

Had to switch rooms because the ac init leaked all over the floor, and it smelled musty and moldy. Graciously gave us a new room without fuss. Room atill a little musty smelling but much better. Found out the next night upon opening the window to clear out the stuffiness to find the e tire bottom inside rail of the window sill full of mold!

Accommodated our needs.

Staff were very accommodating. Breakfast was satisfactory.

Very noisy room. Not just the traffic but could hear every footstep and washroom from above. Noise from hall way made it seem someone was outside your room at times and coming in.
