    The hotel meets the expectations. The staff on the reception, the cleaning team and the restaurant team are really nice and caring. The sea view from our room was fantastic and we enjoyed the location - old city and pierce are right nearby. The main beach is kind of far away, but if you like to walk just enjoy it. The staff was always ready to help, showed high hospitality and provided great service. Very good breakfast and if you order dinner or lunch you will enjoy it. The restaurants to the left from the hotel are amazing, to the right - very poor.
    Wi-Fi is awful. I do not blame the hotel, but be ready for that. The Spa. We took Full package for Hammam - sauna, massage, face mask, foam massage. Well, the lady in the spa is not professional. She runs all the steps how they are supposed to be, but she is just not professional. We actually didn't enjoy it. There were two of us and she told us ten times: "I'm here all by myself. It's only me here", meaning "don't expect too much" I suppose. Paid $100 for two persons with tips. So I do not recommend.

    We enjoyed our stay at the hotel, Ahmet has exceptional customer service skills, he was friendly, welcoming and very helpful, always smiling. Delilah (cleaning staff was very friendly and helpful and always smiling) Liliah (spa) was friendly and gentle with children. The rooms were clean and modern and the beds were comfy, attention to detail was really good, they had everything we needed in the bathroom. They gave new water bottles daily. TVs worked well and had many channels. Rooms look like the pictures and we could not hear noise like talking or other from other rooms, the view from the top floor family room was lovely by day and night. Breakfast was a wide selection of salads, olives, cheese, deli meats, bread, hot scrambled and boiled eggs, soup, sweets, fruit and chips! Lol they also had selection of hot and cold drinks, and everything was regularly topped up. Spa facilities were well kept and booking was made per room so you don't have any random people coming in with you. The hotel is close to amenities big shopping centres, food places and public transport both bus and tram with a taxi rank about 30 seconds away. Overall this was a family friendly hotel, we had a really pleasant experience and would definitely come back again

    One of the ensuite showers in the family room was broken and sprayed out water in the opposite direction from the bottom of the handle. Bathroom light turns off if there's no movement in the middle of the room.

    Lovely sea view and room is spacious. Property is in the centre and nearby MarkAntalya (12 minute walk). Hotel staff can book activities for you. Staff are nice. Overall great value for money. Would definitely recommend to others!
    Air conditioning is not that great.

    A good hotel with a comfortable location and a magical breakfast. Rested in December 6 days, first we've given a room above the reception in side sea, heard noise from Street. At our request the room has changed to 5 floor with views of the city, there quietly and view on the roof of the city. The construction site under the windows did not interfere, we walked all the days. Comfortable mattresses and 4 different pillows, you can choose the right. Towels change every day, bring water. Sauna and Hamam on preliminary recording. One hour is all at your disposal. They gave towels and shampoo. Breakfast is delicious and there is what to choose. We're happy. The hotel is clean and nice to be.

    The overall impression is not bad, but I doubt that I will choose this hotel again
    Excellent location and sea view! Good hearty breakfasts and a pleasant atmosphere. The plumbing is in good order and there was always hot water. There is a laundry service. The staff is friendly. The rooms are equipped with a kettle and a fridge.
    Some moments were not very pleasant: -there were garbage cans right under the windows, which stank very much and the noise of the car that took out garbage at night made it difficult to sleep; -the window and balcony glass were very dirty, which worsened the view from the window; -upon check-in, it seemed that the bed linen had not been changed: the sheet was stale and in someone's hair, I had to ask for a clean sheet; -a strange lighting system in the shower: it reacts to movement, every few minutes you need to wave your hand under the sensor so as not to wash in the dark

    Very cozy and well located place! Great amenities! And huge variety at breakfast - in comparison to other places Ive been in Turkey
    Had an issue regarding laundry! As soon as I arrived asked about laundry possibilities, and was informed by the receptionist that each machine would cost around 12 euros and we would need possibly 2. In the next day, by evening, when we went to take the clothes an older receptionist charged us - which is unusual since its usually done by check out - in 47 euros! Nonetheless, he wanted to get the money right at the moment as according to him he had paid himself (?); and for our surprise didnt want to provide any type of receipt!
