    No closet, had to hang my long coat that was wet from rain on the outside of the Armoire bc it did not even come close to fitting inside of it. I think they turned an oversized closet into another room which explains the lack of closets & other amenities. Never did find the ice machine. Once you're checked in you are on your own. I won't be going back, EVER. I DO NOT recommend.
    How obnoxiously loud the heater was! I couldn't hear the television over the din of the rumbling heater attached to the wall next to the T.V. RIDICULOUS

    It was a great day. The rooms are beautifully, decorated and spotless, the staff were welcoming
    We were too late for breakfast, but wish we were able to go in. When we first pulled up, it was difficult to figure out where to park, but that was soon resolved. Its a little squishy of an area, but beautiful furnishings and spotless, clean. They were very nice very attentive, and I would definitely stay there again.

    I have stayed two years in a row and it was excellent each time.
    Proximity to Silver Falls, to restaurants, Silverton community.
    There is nothing I didnt like about this property!

    Most over priced hotel I have ever stayed in. The rooms were of fleabag quality with Hyatt prices.
    Its location near Silver Falls State Park.
    Horribly overpriced. The rooms we were shown (we were assigned one room but asked to see another) were dark, cold and poorly constructed. Reasonably comfortable bed. Loud outside noise and from the room refrigerator.

    The room was nice and clean, beds were comfortable.
    I booked this room because there was 3 adults and 3 children. On booking.com the room was listed with 3 queens, which the hotel does not have. It's actually a suite with a king and queen. So my grandson needed to get a roll away, which we had to pay for. Well the roll away was never delivered and my grandson had to sleep on the floor. The office closes super early and we did not have a number to reach anyone. The next morning I recieved a call at 7:30am to apologize and was told we wouldn't be charged for the roll away. I was a little surprised that they didn't discount the room even a little bit for the inconvenience. This is not an inexpensive hotel,customer care should be a priority.

    Great property and staff! Would stay here again.
    Nicely decorated rooms and clearly remodeled. Felt like a spa or boutique hotel.
    Our room, while very nice, didnt have a table or desk for dining in the room.
