The stay was spoilt by the attitude of front desk staff (the morning shift).

I had an unpleasant experience with the front desk staff at your hotel. When we arrived at around 6 am, no one greeted us. I walked into the main lobby but didn't know which counter to go to for check-in. I asked a man who directed me to the middle counter. The lady at the counter was wearing a mask and didn't greet or even look at me. She seemed busy or annoyed by something. I asked her a question, but again, there was no greeting. The problem was that she spoke too softly and quickly with the mask on and in a Northern accent, which made it difficult for me to understand. I asked her to repeat herself, and she looked at me with a frown. I'm not sure what was going on with her. She asked me for my booking number, and I gave it to her and prepared to show her my phone. But she didn't respond and kept looking down at her desk. After a while, she raised her voice and asked me to give my booking number again. I was taken aback by her behavior and wondered if this was the service standard of your resort. When my brother and husband came to the counter, her attitude changed, and she behaved politely. However, my family told me she seemed to look down on me and not want to serve me. I felt angry and responded to her harshly, which made her angry in return. When my husband asked for her name, she refused to give it to him (As a front desk staff, she did not have her name tag on her uniform). We checked in early and left the hotel to go for a tour. We only collected the room card in the evening. There were no slippers in our room, and you delivered one bag less than we were supposed to receive. My husband had to call multiple times to locate the missing bag. However, the staff who assisted us in finding the bag was helpful and acted quickly. Although we were not angry, the situation caused us a lot of inconvenience as the bag contained a gift. Please take note of this incident.

Good breakfast and dinner, nice rooms, very pleasant hotel overall

Quite far from center with a route unpleasant to walk. Fortunately, there is a free shuttle. Pool was cold. No early check-in possible after arriving with the night train.

Relaxing Christmas!

Amazing room and breakfast. Friendly staff. Free shuttle to and from the centre which was really helpful. Spa treatment on Christmas Day was incredible!! Overall we had a fantastic stay.

The staff arranged an activity for us and there was miscommunication on how to pay. We thought we could pay via card on check out and they actually needed cash which made it stressful on departure as we needed to find a ATM minutes before our coach departed. Make sure to clarify before!
