Would not recommend, wish had not been fooled by high review.

Staff were nice Trekking tour was amazing

1.The location, you could hear the cars and motorcycles from your room. 2. The room facilities were not worth $300/night when you would open the tap in the vanity the water would go cold in the shower. Definitely not worth the value. 3. The pool was not heated and the water in the spa was cold as well.

The view was breathtaking as our rooms are overlooking paddy fields. Staffs was helpful to bring our luggage from lobby to rooms.

Wonderful escape from the bustle of the main city of sapa. Quiet with amazing balcony views, huge plush bed and wonderful staff and service. Breakfast spread had good variety and the restaurant serves nice dinner as well. Would come back again!

Superb

Lovely setting with attentive staff. The restaurant does lovely food with a good selection at breakfast. The room was spacious, with everything you would need - including a lovely view over the valley!

Cannot fault the staff or location. The only small issue is that it is mentioned that there is yoga, but there were no obvious mats for us to use, or space to do so within in the gym facilities.

Great view, good food nice location

Location was perfect. Facilities ok, food in restaurant was very good.

Facilities in room were not 5 star. This place needs an update . Bathroom was not comfortable, everything wet when showering. Spa was too expensive. For the price paid you would expect more.
