Excellent food. Beautiful garden. Great service. Cleanliness high by local standards but lacking..
The food was excellent. The service and most of the facilities were quite good.
Kiddie pool was closed and no pool furniture. Could do with a bit more basic upkeep.

The evening dinner was very good; garden and grounds beautiful.
Dirty pool, no out side furniture round the pool, bed grubby slept with my clothing on. Bathroom grubby needs updating 2 guests one toothbrush toiletries poor. Staff pushy during dinner.

A tin roof on top of a temporary structure close to Room No 136 makes a lot of noise when the conditions are windy outside . The same was a nuisance at night .

Should be clean. .....m not happy need to change reception guy ....the guy should be polite good....
I don't like the room was with full dust care about mosquito fly's and bad smell toilet .... should be more care for cleaning ....this was my second trip in Shiva oasis.....it was vast change before and now..... please
