Location was great. Pet friendly hotel.

Room cleaning service time was very random.. sometimes cleaners came at 10am, 4pm, 6pm.. I don't know how the system works but it was not properly managed in my point of view. Coffee machine was filthy that we had to ask them to bring new one. Cleaning was not done properly.

Great location. Clean comfortable room. Helpful and friendly staff.

The location of the pool and gym were very far from our room. We had to walk what seemed like miles from our tower to the next. We got half way and gave up. We were disappointed since the pool and gym were a factor in choosing this hotel.

Location

We booked 2 rooms and checked in 12 was told to come back at 3. We returned at 4:45 and one room still not ready. Having flew in from Calgary and half a day at the suspension bridge was very disappointed this time of the day the Rooms are still not ready. !! It was then ready however the room stinks of something just died and strong bleach to cover it. The clock also in the rooom was set in the wrong hour. This room should not have been released. Really was not expecting this kind of delay or housekeeping from the Sheraton . Front desk afterwards changed our rooms

We like the central location and the view from our room

When we first showed up, an intimidating man grabbed the cart from us yelling that we cant touch those. I had no idea. So under pressure we valeted my truck so we could use a cart. The valet said that the tip is $40 minimum. I gave him a $50 bill and he scoffed at me. I could go on and on but this property doesnt care. Every minute spent there was a joke. Weve never been so happy to be home. That we can be grateful for
