    truly magical!!
    A full 10/10, the staff were outstanding, particularly Alicia and Alexandra, who couldnt do enough, the facilities were spotless and excellent, the food is delicious and the hotel is so well run, with every possible attention to detail.

    Hotel was in a great location and fantastic sea view room where we could see the sunset every evening. Breakfast was amazing and pool area very good.
    Rooms werent that big and could do with more storage. Pool bar staff were very rude.

    The staff were so helpful and friendly. Our room was extremely comfortable and clean. The pool area was lovely and spotlessly clean. The location was great.

    Please settle URGENTLY my problem : I payd per advance payment the 13/7/23 630.63 USD = 2.341,94 NIS for the night 23 - 24/07/23 (that you draw on my credit card). Sheraton Grand draw a SECOND time from my credit card 665.73 USD = 2.409,94 NIS. Thank you in advance, Regards Lyliane WEIL

    A beautiful hotel in a great location.
    We were upgraded to an ocean facing room because it was our wedding anniversary. It was lovely looking out over the boulevard and all the people! The breakfast was superb and the pool was nice, as also were the meals we had from the pool bar. Also we loved the location because it was quite central, and within walking distance to anywhere we wanted to go, including Jaffa. The hotel looks like its been newly renovated and it has a great ambiance when you walk in. Highly recommend to stay there.
    It didnt have a bathtub, and we thought the room should have been a bit bigger, considering how much we paid.
