Great Eerie Waterfront Location and Staff Hospitality Made for a Enjoyable Stay
Enjoyed the staff, bar, and nicely-appointed water view room. Proximity to UPMC Hamot Hospital and waterfront location made for a nice stay, despite visiting during a difficult circumstance.
Parking could've been more easily accessible. Room rate more than expected for an off-season stay, but would still book again.

Location was amazing and the room wonderful. Dinner was very good, definitely the best fries we've ever had.
Early check-in in fee is a bit ridiculous as other accommodations do not charge for early check-in, small breakfast selection.

Clean, elegant, great view and had a busy upscale vibe that made us feel like we were staying with the cool kids.
Not a big inconvenience but the walk from the garage to the front door is just kind of awkward and cold and it was raining so there was a puddle we had to wade through or jump across in our dinner shoes.

I loved the location! It was absolutely beautiful
I thought the club level would have been better. More of a bar area and such! It was cute but not what I expected.
